HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows: DOMESTIC (USA & Puerto Rico) USPS (First-Class): $7.99 flat rate CANADA USPS (First-Class Package International): $15 - $40 (depending on item amount) INTERNATIONAL USPS (First-Class Package International): $25 - $60 (depending on item amount)

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?The normal processing time for orders is 3-7 days. Due to Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days, and International is 7-21 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for health & safety reasons of handling used hygiene products. All sales are final. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact customer service within forty eight (48) hours of receipt of the damaged product. You must include photos of the issue or damage and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

WHEN DO I PAY SALES TAXES/IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES?We are only charging Sales Taxes within Florida. If you order from outside the U.S., or if you order from another State outside of Florida, Sales Taxes is the responsibility of the person of the shipping address who receives the products (depending on which Country, or U.S. State the products are shipped to). If you order from another Country outside the U.S., Custom Duties is the responsibility of the person of the shipping address who receives the products (depending on which Country the products are shipped to).
